The Mission

Requirements

- Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.

- Proven success managing fleet or heavy-equipment maintenance operations in transportation, industrial, or municipal environments.

- Strong technical background with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostics.

- Demonstrated leadership in technician training, performance management, and culture building.

- Preferred: senior enlisted or warrant officer backgrounds in motor transport, maintenance management, or logistics. Military equivalent: senior enlisted or warrant officer, motor transport or maintenance management.

- Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and EPA compliance standards.

- Proficiency with maintenance tracking systems and Microsoft Office or equivalent.
