The Mission
Operate commercial vehicles to deliver safe, timely, professional waste and recycling collection service.
Performance Objectives
Complete daily commercial and residential collection routes safely and efficiently, averaging 300-500 pickups per shift.

Requirements
- Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, production, or logistics leadership.
- Valid CDL (Class A or B) -- if not current, company-sponsored CDL training is provided.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT medical screening.
- Strong mechanical understanding or willingness to learn vehicle care protocols.
- Comfortable operating under early morning or off-shift conditions.
