The Mission

Performance Objectives

Work alongside experienced technicians in the Cincinnati shop to learn specialized systems and methods: mechanical teardown, rebuild, inspection, and testing of centrifuge and screening equipment, and diagnosing vibration, wear, or balance issues.

Requirements

- Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.

- Military background (E4-E5 or equivalent) or 2-5 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience preferred.

- Experience working with tools, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment.

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to travel after training (approximately 60-70% travel nationwide).

- Possession of a basic mechanic's tool set (specialty tools provided).

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
