The Mission

Operate the plant's maintenance systems (SAP or similar platforms) to keep work orders, schedules, and records current within a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1+ year of experience leading, mentoring, or directing others.
- Associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical industrial systems.
- Ability to operate within a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Comfort using basic computer systems and learning SAP or similar maintenance platforms.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field.
- Preferred: experience in food, dairy, or high-volume manufacturing environments; prior supervisory experience leading hourly maintenance teams; exposure to preventive maintenance programs and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Physical and environmental: lift up to 55 lbs; climb stairs and ladders; work overhead, kneeling, crawling, and in confined spaces; operate in high-noise and temperature-variable environments; 24/7 manufacturing environment (days, nights, weekends, holidays, rotating shifts).
